The Tour of Britain will be passing through on Sunday 2nd September. There will be rolling road blocks in place along the route ensuring roads will be closed for the minimum amount of time.
The cycle race will make its way from Abergavenny on the A4042 through Llanover, through Penperlleni & over the Chainbridge onto the B4598 towards Usk.
This means the B4598 from Usk & the Chainbridge will be closed to traffic between 2.15pm & 4pm. You will still be able to access the Caravan Park from the stretch of the B4598 which runs outside the Park towards Raglan & Abergavenny.
Those wishing to access the park from the South can still do so by using the A449 & exiting at junction 2 for Abergavenny/ Raglan & turning right at the roundabout towards Clytha, then following the brown Caravan Park signs.
Pont Kemys Caravan & Camping Park is a peaceful 8 acre park with modern facilities situated in the heart of rural Monmouthshire and lies adjacent to the beautiful River Usk. Our family run park was developed after a long association with caravaners and campers alike over some fifteen years.
Enjoy beautiful scenery, a fantastic location close to historic towns, the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains.
